Can’t we, when we are working and drop something, instead of getting mad about it, say thank you God for giving me the strength to pick this up? –———–Re. Earl H. Merritt
We spend a lot of time asking God for things. We beg for healing, money, friends. How much time do we spend thanking him? We are so blessed. Having lived in a third world country, I know just how much more we have than most people. Yet we are always asking for more. Give thanks every day for the things you have.

Thank you, God, for all the gifts you have given us. Forgive us when we forget to see the bounties of this life. AMEN
In today’s world the family is at risk. Too many are floundering. We have lost our center. Families are the moral compass that holds us together. Too many are floundering. We need the support and guidance that the family provides. We also need the love. We must teach about the love of God and his importance to our lives. Parents have to be a living example of that love.
